Reviews of  ‘Into The Night Sky’

“Finnerty deftly pulls it all together with sensitivity, drawing the reader along with the protagonists as they develop and find redemption. Into the Night Sky is engaging from the get-go and Finnerty keeps up the pace, which along with her considerable storytelling talents, make it impossible to put down.” – Irish Independent

Reviews of ‘The Last Goodbye’

“Any author who can have her readers rooting for a heroine as headstrong, stubborn and bloody-minded as Finnerty’s deserves credit; with The Last Goodbye she merits praise indeed.” – Sunday Independent 8th June 2014

Reviews of ‘In a Moment’

“So Enjoyable – an addictive and hugely moving story” – Bestselling Author Melissa Hill

“The whole novel, in fact, wraps itself around the heartstrings and then yanks them like an overzealous bell-ringer. A great first novel — just make sure you keep a few boxes of tissues handy.” – Irish Independent

“An absorbing and emotional read.”  – The Irish Examiner

* * *

“Finnerty certainly creates vivid, disparate characters, but her real talent lies in the way she teases out the story. The three parts give the book a sense of order, helping the reader make sense of the interwoven storylines, and the uncompromising look at themes that many people would rather shy away from marks this out as something a bit different.” –  The Connemara Journal
